The rooms are spacious, quiet, and the staff is fantastic, plus it's a great deal at £47.

The location is excellent, very central (a stone's throw from Calle Portales and Calle del Laurel), the staff are very friendly and helpful, and provide very useful information on booking. The outside rooms have impressive views (the buildings opposite are worth seeing). The wifi connection worked perfectly
There should be a mini-fridge in the room, since I have to take medication that needs to be refrigerated so it doesn't go bad. I couldn't get the room temperature to my liking, and I was cold at night (I was busy with work during the day, so I don't know what temperature the rooms reach). I was surprised by the daily change of towels, and I think that for sustainability/ecological reasons should be given the option to leave the towel(s) and shower cap until (as is done in other hotel establishments) the guest leaves it on the floor to be changed.

Enjoyed high quality breakfasts.
My room was immaculate and particularly good with view. A hairdryer and guest toiletries were very handy. The location was great and magnificent for Logrono, close to a pedestrian street leading to the main square as well as good restaurants and tapas bars. The service was friendly, totally satisfied.

I went with my partner to spend the weekend in Logroño. The hotel is very well located, next to the old town, and 3 minutes from the famous Calle Laurel, to go for tapas. But if you go by car, it's difficult to park. There is a free parking lot one minute away, but finding a place is complicated. In front of it, there is another paid parking "ORA". For the streets around, there is not much parking and is paid "ORA" (not sure if the weekend you have to pay) and we decided to leave it in the parking of the hotel, for 13 eu, the places are very good. The room is correct, the bed is very comfortable and everything is very clean. The staff is very nice. We don't have breakfast in the hotel, because there are several cafeterias around where you can also have breakfast, for 3 or 3.5 eu per person.
To put it bluntly, the bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower, so you have to go out with a bit of care

the location was excellent and on the doorstop of the historic centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.
the service in the restaurant at breakfast was appalling. Also the cold food and bread on the buffet was not replenished when it ran out. We also waited 20-25 mins for the hot food to be replaced and in the end we and several other guest decided we could not wait any longer for this. On checking out we explained this and were charged for continental breakfast only.

A hotel that's good for short periods of time. The truth is that the facilities are quite well maintained, the rooms modern, but improvable. The breakfast is quite good. The location is the best, right in the centre of Logroño, a stone's throw away from everything. This is the best thing about the hotel.
The double rooms could be improved, we were 3 and had a double and a single, in the double we had two single beds, and in the single room, a double bed ... no point go. What is the attention of the staff without more, quite improvable does not cost anything to give a smile or try to be nice and more if you are facing the public. The breakfast for what it's worth could be more varied. The parking is not recommended, very narrow and uncomfortable. It is worth leaving it in the free parking near the hotel, and not paying for the parking. For small cars it is well, but if they let big cars in or you have a big car, forget it.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Calle Laurel, the cathedral, and tapas bars. The place is recently renovated and pretty standard. The staff are really friendly. The room we had was new-fashioned and neat with a bedroom.

Situated directly on the camino de Santiago, easy to find
The gentleman at reception acted very surprised that two women with backpacks showed up in his lobby and seemed skeptical that we had a reservation.

proximity to the centre and tapas area. Not a minute. It is not even worth taking breakfast because next door you have many places to make good breakfast at a good price. Of course, it depends on how much you eat for breakfast. staff is also very good.
I had been there before and we had a very good room but this time they gave us one that in my opinion was not very good. The toilet was adapted for people with reduced mobility and that meant that there was no shower or bath, but directly on the floor. The toilet and sink were also adapted. And the truth is that if you have no choice but to make use of this type of facility is fine but for our case we would have preferred another type of bathroom. They told us that if we wanted a double bed it had to be that one, but I don't know. The bed was also small and uncomfortable. On the other hand, in the middle of August, having a duvet in the room does not favour rest. I was very hot and to compensate you had to sleep without covering or with the A/C that by the way was not going very well. It is easier to put a sheet and a thin blanket I think. I think I'll look for other options if we go back to Logroño.

I had a great stay at a hotel close to the Old Town Tapas area. The location was perfect, with many delicious restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to keep my baggage there until I checked out. Despite some minor issues, like a room with an internal view and basic amenities, I found the room to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, with a good selection of fresh and quality food. I would recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location - easy walking distance into Logrono.
Parking area is very tight if you have a larger car. Very difficult to manoever. On both entering and exiting the bottom of our car scraped on the ramp.
